Refund & Exchange Policy

1. PAYMENT CURRENCY

1.1. All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars.

   

2. SERVICE VALIDITY

2.1. All treatment packages and unused treatment sessions are valid for 12 months, except for packages with more than 10 sessions, which are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

3. SERVICE REFUND

3.1. Full refunds for packages and deposits are available within 14 days of purchase. The refund is calculated based on the customer's paid amount and unused treatment sessions. After the 14th day from the purchase date, all packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

3.2. The original price of any complimentary services and items utilised or received by the client in the package will be deducted before refunding the balance amount.

3.3. All treatment packages and unused treatment sessions are non-transferable or non-exchangeable. However, if you are unable to use your package due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our spa concierge at info@pabloblau.com

3.4. All à la carte services, trial services and service vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

3.5. All service gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

4.1. No refunds on products. We provide exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. Products exchanges are allowed within 5 days from the date of purchase.

4.2. To be eligible for an exchange, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase, and ensure that your item is in its original condition and packaging.
